This royal book of royal recipes certainly has a remarkable presence. I feel immense pride looking back at the collective efforts that went in front of different screens and kitchen counters to make this book happen. Working on this gigantic project with the author @dolllyrana and brilliant editors @toopsie and @afeefabaig was genuinely a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. A delicious throwback to my cherished pre-pandemic Penguin life.
