For the last consecutive three years I worked on three spectacular cookbooks that are so so special to me. Back in 2017, my graduation project with @penguinindia was designing The Secret's in the Spice Mix. A book full of firsts. Working on @bhagwaankepakwaan in 2018 was a treat and now Uparwali Chai in 2019 proved to be the cherry on top for these three delicious years. I can see how much has changed in these years. These are almost my personal journal entries. Three very important milestones.

When I was working on the layout, typesetting and the covers for these beautiful books, one thing I've re-realised is how seeming simple yet mind-blowingly intricate our food culture is. Such a privilege to have such interesting and rewarding projects. Also these beauties getting well-deserved recognition is definitely a great add-on!
